This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Administer evaluations to participants in a clinical trial, or assess the quality of evaluations conducted by others and provide feedback on interview techniques and scoring.

• Review scales implemented by raters in a clinical trial to ensure consistent assessments and data integrity.

• Evaluate the quality of assessments and engage in live discussions with raters regarding assessment strategies and scoring methods.

• Analyze case data and prepare for discussions with raters.

• Complete rater interactions and assigned tasks within the established timelines.

• Submit all documentation related to assigned tasks promptly.

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration sessions.

• Conduct functional evaluations of rater performance and assist in preparing and distributing communications.

• Contact clinical trial participants remotely through the proprietary app, Engage, to administer assessments and record notes and scores.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with populations affected by schizophrenia and major depressive disorder.

• At least 3 years of experience in administering psychiatric assessments, including the PANSS, to these populations.

• Experience in Clinical Trials is preferred; experience with central nervous system (CNS) trials is an advantage.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage effectively with personnel and clients at all levels in a professional manner.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications; solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
