Senior Clinical Data Manager – Data Standards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the establishment and implementation of processes and best practices for clinical data standards.

• Propel initiatives concerning data cleaning, data quality, edit checks, data listings, and the management of standards libraries.

• Collaborate closely with Clinical Trial Reporting (CTR), Clinical Trial Configuration (CTC), and Cross-Functional Data Review (CFDR) teams.

• Develop governance, workflows, and quality standards to facilitate the delivery of clinical trials.

• Guide and mentor Associate Manager-level team members while promoting a culture of ongoing improvement.

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to convert strategic goals into operational execution.

• Recognize risks, enhance processes, and advocate for data quality throughout the clinical data lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.

• Significant experience in Clinical Data Management within a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical setting.

• Strong background in process development, project management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration across functions.

• Demonstrated capability to build and implement new processes and operational methodologies.

• Experience in data quality, standards development, data review, edit checks, data listings, or management of standards libraries.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory standards, and ICH-GCP guidelines.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

• An entrepreneurial mindset that flourishes in a developing and dynamic environment.
