This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Deliver clinical expertise along with educational support and training on the technical applications of TriSalus Life Sciences products.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations in Interventional Radiology.
• Engage in discussions and demonstrations showcasing how TriSalus products can assist clinician providers in achieving their objectives and addressing patient needs.
• Provide case coverage and technical training in clinical and/or interventional radiology settings.
• Enhance the overall customer experience by concentrating on clinical applications, education, and collecting customer insights.
• Collaborate closely with various departments within the organization (such as Sales, Service, Marketing, R&D, etc.) to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Act as a clinical advocate for TriNav by influencing the clinical decision-making process through the presentation and discussion of clinical data.
• Meet with both current and prospective customers to assess their clinical needs, objectives, and constraints regarding patient care, offering innovative and practical solutions utilizing company products.
• Function as the primary resource for clinical support concerning coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
• Update customers on the latest advancements in products, therapies, and technologies within the industry by actively participating in procedural and technical discussions.
• Assist in the sales process and ongoing support of TriNav to encourage consistent utilization.
• Keep a thorough and consistent activity log.
• BA/BS or equivalent in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Experience in clinical teaching/in-servicing or medical training (RN, IR Technician, etc.) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Strong clinical background with experience in products utilized in interventional radiology, radiology, or cardiology is strongly preferred.
• Established skills in leadership, management, and communication, including presentation abilities.
• Capability to influence clinical decision-making.
• Ability to work autonomously within a team-oriented environment.
• Must meet vendor credentialing requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across various organizational levels.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to engage effectively with the Executive team and external customers.
• Possess a positive, humble demeanor that welcomes feedback and learns from mistakes, making corrections swiftly.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must be capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
