This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive commercial expansion within a designated territory.
• Manage account relationships, promote procedural integration, and support long-term account growth.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Application Specialist and Market Development Manager.
• Prioritize surgical coverage for all types of breast procedures and optimize case volume per surgeon.
• Facilitate daily usage of all Perimeter equipment within the established customer base.
• Increase procedural volume to enhance recurring consumable revenue.
• Assist in onboarding new surgeons within already contracted accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with hospital staff at current accounts.
• Initiate discussions regarding capital upgrades within the existing customer base.
• Create and implement business plans at the account level.
• Lead the launch of new products within assigned accounts.
• Engage with hospital administration and procurement representatives to facilitate contract negotiations.
• Perform quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders in accounts.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in sales; OR a degree in an allied health profession (RN, MRT, RRT, PA, etc.).
• A proven history of sales success and account management in a clinical or medical device setting.
• Demonstrated capability to establish and nurture key account relationships.
• Willingness and capacity for extensive travel (85%, approximately 4 days per week including overnights, some weekends and holidays).
• Comfort in providing hands-on assistance in dynamic live surgical environments.
• Must fulfill medical credentialing requirements, including proof of immunizations, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Strong aptitude for learning and effectively communicating technical and clinical information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, DICOM viewers, and other related digital tools.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical abilities, and commercial instincts.
• High-level presentation and communication skills; capable of influencing clinical and administrative stakeholders.
