This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Ensure surgical coverage is prioritized across all types of breast procedures while maximizing case volume for each surgeon.
• Promote daily utilization of all Perimeter equipment within the established installations.
• Increase procedural volume to enhance ongoing consumable revenue.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new surgeons within existing accounts and transition them to the Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) for continued clinical support, education, and training.
• Cultivate relationships with hospital personnel at current accounts and identify regional leads for territory growth.
• Initiate discussions regarding capital upgrades within the installed base, collaborating with the Market Development Manager (MDM) to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Create and implement account-level business strategies to achieve and surpass procedural revenue goals.
• Spearhead new product launches in assigned accounts, working with internal teams to ensure successful integration and adoption.
• Engage with hospital administration and procurement representatives to facilitate contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and account-level agreements that enhance and safeguard procedural revenue.
• Conduct quarterly business assessments with key account stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and align on growth strategies.
• Champion clinical differentiation in the operating room by promoting Perimeter OCT as the standard of care through direct case support and outcome-focused discussions.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with 2+ years of experience in the sales industry; OR an allied health professional degree (RN, MRT, RRT, PA, etc.).
• A proven history of sales success and account management in a clinical or medical device setting.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture key account relationships.
• Willingness and capability to travel extensively (85%, approximately 4 days per week, including overnight stays, and some weekends and holidays).
• Strong aptitude for learning and effectively communicating technical and clinical concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, DICOM viewers, and other relevant digital tools.
• Exceptional critical thinking, analytical abilities, and commercial instincts.
• High-level presentation and communication skills; capable of influencing both clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Outstanding accountability, integrity, and commitment to follow-through.
• Comfort providing hands-on support in dynamic live surgical environments.
