
Clinical Sales Representative – Central North Carolina

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide operational room support, clinical expertise, and product education for surgeons, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
• Spearhead early adoption initiatives by facilitating surgeon evaluations, first-use conversions, and continuous in-servicing.
• Address inquiries related to biologics, bone grafting techniques, and competitive differentiation.
• Assist with VAC submissions, evaluations, and hospital approvals as required to facilitate adoption and access.
• Identify and convert new and underpenetrated accounts to broaden regional coverage and utilization.
• Implement account-level strategies to enhance the adoption and sustained use of the Cerapedics portfolio.
• Recognize early clinical opportunities and relay insights and obstacles to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Area Director/Vice President.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with surgeons to encourage repeat usage, long-term adoption, and account growth.
• Collaborate with RSMs on account strategies, targeting, and regional priorities.
• Provide support to distributors through clinical education, operational room presence, and case coverage to enhance pull-through and consistency.
• Ensure all field activities are aligned with regional objectives and coordinated commercial execution.
• Maintain precise forecasting, call notes, and pipeline tracking within CRM.
• Engage in business reviews and contribute to discussions regarding account planning.
• Represent Cerapedics at selected medical education programs, regional training sessions, and professional meetings.
• Continually enhance clinical expertise and market knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for a science major.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in spine, biologics, or surgical devices.
• Proven success in operational room support, surgeon engagement, and clinical selling.
• Strong clinical credibility and confidence in the operational room environment.
• Excellent scientific and clinical communication skills.
• Ability to influence surgeon decision-making and facilitate reproducible adoption of the Cerapedics portfolio.
• Effective in business planning, territory management, and account growth strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills with RSMs, distributors, and hospital teams.
