Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to craft a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, operating room integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.

• Act as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across all major surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events that foster system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure independent system usage.

• Promote the ongoing growth of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Propel the sales of instruments and accessories.

• Support new team members in becoming high-performing contributors to the clinical sales team.

• Consistently handle administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and expense report submissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• Preferably knowledgeable about the Operating Room environment.
