• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.
• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, operating room integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.
• Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties.
• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events to promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
• Create a comprehensive da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team, ensuring they can operate the system independently.
• Facilitate the ongoing expansion of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Promote the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Mentor new team members to help them become high-performing members of the clinical sales team.
• Reliably manage administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and the submission of expense reports.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including over 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of success.
