• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.
• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, integration into the operating room, and applications of da Vinci® Surgery.
• Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across all major surgical specialties.
• Assist with regional Sales and Marketing initiatives to boost system awareness and promote procedure adoption.
• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team, ensuring they are capable of using the system independently.
• Foster the continuous growth of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Propel the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Coach new team members to become top-performing contributors to the clinical sales team.
• Manage administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and expense report submissions in a responsible manner.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work evenings and weekends as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of success.
