This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.
• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, operating room integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.
• Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across all key surgical specialties.
• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events that promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system usage.
• Foster continuous growth of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Propel the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Coach new team members to become high-performing contributors within the clinical sales team.
• Efficiently handle administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and the submission of expense reports.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, and to work evenings and weekends as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
