Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, operational room integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.

• Serve as a da Vinci® Surgery expert across all major surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that boost system awareness and promote procedure adoption.

• Create tailored da Vinci® Surgery plans for each surgical team to enable them to operate the system independently.

• Foster continuous growth of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Promote the sales of instruments and accessories.

• Coach new team members to elevate their performance within the clinical sales team.

• Effectively handle administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and the submission of expense reports, among other tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, and availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
