This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver operating room support, clinical knowledge, and product training for surgeons, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
• Spearhead early adoption initiatives by facilitating surgeon evaluations, first-use transitions, and ongoing training sessions.
• Address inquiries pertaining to biologics and bone grafting techniques, as well as competitive positioning.
• Assist with VAC submissions, evaluations, and hospital approvals as necessary to promote adoption and access.
• Identify and convert new and underrepresented accounts to broaden regional coverage and usage.
• Implement account-specific strategies to enhance the adoption and sustained use of the Cerapedics portfolio.
• Recognize early clinical opportunities and relay insights and obstacles to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Area Director/Vice President.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with surgeons to foster repeat usage, long-term adoption, and account expansion.
• Collaborate with RSMs on account strategies, targeting, and regional priorities.
• Provide support to distributors through clinical education, presence in the operating room, and case coverage to boost pull-through and consistency.
• Ensure that all field activities are aligned with regional objectives and synchronized commercial execution.
• Maintain precise forecasting, call notes, and pipeline tracking in the CRM system.
• Engage in business reviews and contribute to discussions on account planning.
• Represent Cerapedics at selected medical education programs, regional training sessions, and professional gatherings.
• Continuously enhance clinical expertise and market knowledge.
• Excellent scientific and clinical communication abilities.
• Capability to influence surgeon decision-making and support consistent adoption of the Cerapedics portfolio.
• Proficient in business planning, territory management, and account growth strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills with RSMs, distributors, and hospital teams.
• Persistent, adaptable, highly self-motivated, and focused on building relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
• Bachelor's degree required, with a preferred major in science.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in spine, biologics, or surgical devices.
• Proven success in operating room support, surgeon engagement, and clinical sales.
• Strong clinical credibility and confidence in the operating room setting.
