Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist in optimizing the use of installed da Vinci ® Surgical Systems.

• Execute the clinical sales strategy established by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager.

• Become an expert in da Vinci ® Surgery, particularly regarding core indications for the region.

• Support the development of regional Sales and Marketing events.

• Create a tailored da Vinci ® Surgery plan for each surgical team.

• Enhance usage of the da Vinci ® system by collaborating with surgical teams.

• Foster ongoing growth of the user base by cultivating a qualified lead funnel.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions.

• Offer insights and guidance on the operation of the da Vinci ® Surgical System.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• At least two years of experience in support and training within the medical device industry, or a minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.

• Demonstrated success in sales support or a proven track record in Sales.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.

• Proven capacity to work effectively as part of a team.

• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
