Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to create a sales strategy aimed at enhancing the utilization of robotic surgical systems.

• Oversee surgical teams through training sessions, integration into the operating room, and applications of da Vinci Surgery.

• Act as a resource for da Vinci Surgery across main surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events to boost awareness of the system and encourage procedure adoption.

• Formulate a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system usage.

• Promote ongoing user base expansion by engaging with key opinion leaders.

• Propel sales of instruments and accessories.

• Handle administrative tasks, sales activities, and submission of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in outside sales; experience in the medical device field is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and to work nights and weekends when necessary.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team.

• Candidates must reside in or be open to relocating to the Detroit, MI area.

• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or customers.

• Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control licensing or a Technology Control Plan based on their nationality and the relevance of the role.
