šŸ“‹ Description

• Execute the clinical sales strategy established by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to enhance the utilization of the da VinciĀ® Surgical System.

• Attain expertise in da VinciĀ® Surgery, particularly across key indications in the region, to facilitate the development of surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Assist in regional sales and marketing initiatives that promote system awareness and foster procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da VinciĀ® Surgery plan for each surgical team, ensuring they can operate the system independently within a reasonable timeframe based on their case volume and access to the system.

• Promote the use of the da VinciĀ® system by collaborating with surgical teams to evaluate and select suitable cases, ensuring consistent application of the da Vinci system.

• Broaden the user base by partnering with key hospital personnel and surgical thought leaders to cultivate a qualified lead pipeline; interactions with C-level executives, senior hospital staff, and KOLs will be facilitated by the Clinical Sales Manager.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, assisting them in comprehending system operations, OR integration, and da VinciĀ® Surgery applications.

• Act as a resource for the surgical team, offering guidance and insights on the utilization of the da VinciĀ® Surgical System through case support.

• Effectively manage administrative responsibilities, including reporting sales/procedures, documenting the outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

• Function as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, after completing necessary training and adhering to legal requirements, providing guidance, insights, and support for the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in support and training within the medical device industry, or at least two years’ prior sales experience in the healthcare sector.

• Proven track record of success in sales support or in a sales capacity.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as required.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.

• Demonstrated capability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Familiarity with the operating room environment is preferred.
