• Execute the clinical sales strategy outlined by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to enhance the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Become an expert in da Vinci® Surgery, particularly in core indications within the region, to aid in the establishment of surgical robotics programs in the designated territory.
• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that foster system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
• Formulate a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can utilize the system independently within a reasonable timeline, based on their volume and access to the system.
• Promote the use of the da Vinci® system by collaborating with surgical teams to assess and choose suitable cases, ensuring consistent application of the da Vinci system.
• Continuously expand the user base by engaging with key hospital personnel and influential surgeon leaders to cultivate a qualified lead funnel; interactions with C-level executives, senior hospital staff, and key opinion leaders will be supported by the Clinical Sales Manager.
• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, aiding them in understanding system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.
• Serve as a resource for the surgical team, offering guidance and insights on the effective use of the da Vinci® Surgical System by providing case support.
• Diligently manage administrative duties, including reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, and more.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in support and training within the medical device industry, or at least two years of prior sales experience in healthcare is required.
• Proven success in sales support or a strong track record in Sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in both English and German is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
