Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing the utilization of robotic surgery.

• Effectively promote and maximize the use of the da Vinci Surgical System within the Tampa region.

• Oversee surgical teams through training sessions, integration into the operating room, and applications of da Vinci Surgery.

• Act as a resource for da Vinci Surgery across various primary surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that foster system awareness and procedure adoption.

• Create individualized da Vinci Surgery plans for each surgical team to facilitate independent system usage.

• Broaden the user base by engaging with key opinion leaders.

• Propel sales of instruments and accessories.

• Handle administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and submissions of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must either reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tampa, FL area.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales; experience in the medical device industry is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.

• A demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• May need to present current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.
