Clinical Research Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management, addressing issues as they arise and enhancing team capabilities.

• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource management.

• Direct cross-functional project teams and coordinate their efforts to achieve project goals.

• Promote effective communication and teamwork.

• Track project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement solutions to overcome them.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to set expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with both project aims and organizational objectives.

• Prepare and deliver project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred, along with substantial experience in project management and team leadership.

• A proven history of successfully managing projects from start to finish, focusing on delivering results within defined scope, timelines, and budget limits.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, demonstrating effective management of project teams and task prioritization.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are considered beneficial.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, committed to achieving project objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 30%).
