Clinical Research Associate – Neurology, Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and study close-out visits.

• Offer mentoring and support to less experienced CRAs and site personnel as necessary.

• Record findings from site visits in written reports.

• Evaluate, supervise, and instruct study site staff on adherence to protocols as required.

• Review safety information of study subjects and informed consent documents.

• Execute source document verification to ensure compliance, patient safety, and data accuracy.

• Examine CRFs using paper or electronic data capture systems and assist sites with data query resolutions.

• Provide necessary updates for site-related documents to be filed in the Trial Master File (TMF).

• Ensure compliance regarding the receipt, accountability, and return or destruction of investigational products (IP).

• Conduct accompanied site visits for the assessment or training of other CRAs as requested and deemed appropriate.

• Collaborate with colleagues across various therapeutic areas and specialties to further clinical research initiatives.

• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities in English.

• Excellent organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

• Over 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Bachelor’s degree or RN/BSN in Nursing.

• Required experience in Neurology and Oncology.

• Willingness to travel is a must.
