📋 Description

• Oversee and take ownership of the progress of clinical trials at investigative locations.

• Ensure that studies are carried out, documented, and reported in accordance with the protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and relevant regulations and standards.

• Coordinate the activities necessary for the setup and monitoring of studies.

• Identify potential investigators.

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions.

• Conduct pre-study and initiation visits.

• Travel to sites for morning visits.

• Recognize potential study risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

• Prepare for investigator meetings, site visits, and updates for the project team.

• Resolve conflicts utilizing effective resolution strategies.

• Assume responsibility for the quality and outcomes of the work performed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in life sciences and/or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRA in a CRO or the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, or equivalent relevant experience and demonstrated competencies.

• Experience in site management or a similar role in clinical research.

• Proven experience in managing oncology studies.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Strong team player.

• Client-focused mindset.

• Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight stays, with an approximate travel commitment of 50–60%.

• Proficiency in English and Dutch.

• Knowledge of French is an advantage.

• Preferred: experience with study start-up activities.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship.
