Clinical Registrar – Tumor Registry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Gathers, organizes, and maintains demographic, clinical, and follow-up information on all cancer cases diagnosed and/or treated at Providence facilities within the Portland Service Area.

• Retrieves data from various sources including EPIC, Mosaic, and other department-specific databases.

• Prepares information for state submissions, NCDB submissions, as well as for local analysis and distribution.

• Conducts all cancer registry tasks in accordance with the standards established by the American College of Surgeons.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience.

• If not holding an Associate's degree: an additional 2 years of experience in cancer registry.

• Certification required upon hire: Oncology Data Specialist - National Cancer Registrars Association.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cancer registry.
