Clinical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process for RBTs and BCBAs: Take charge of the entire pipeline from job posting to sourcing, screening, and extending offers.

• Collaborate with BCBAs and Operations to ensure cases are adequately staffed: Gain a thorough understanding of specific case requirements such as schedule, location, and clinical profiles.

• Maintain a Clean and Transparent System: Ensure accurate, real-time recruitment metrics and a tidy dashboard are upheld.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in ABA recruiting: A minimum of 2 years of experience in hiring RBTs and BCBAs within the ABA field.
