This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Clinician Recruitment, overseeing the entire process from initial applications to signed offers and onboarding.

• Seek out and engage the finest clinical talent available.

• Ensure a top-notch, 5-star experience for clinicians throughout their hiring journey.

• Oversee our clinician recruitment pipelines while also establishing new recruitment channels.

• Initiate clinical recruitment efforts for entirely new specialties.

• Collaborate closely with our co-founder and Provider Growth team to develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria.

• Drive innovation through the implementation of new systems and tools.
