This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for licensed clinicians, including Therapists, LCSWs, LMHCs, Psychologists, PMHNPs, and other necessary psychiatric providers.
• Actively seek out candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and others, with a strong emphasis on building an outbound pipeline.
• Conduct candidate screenings that focus on clinical suitability, licensure, availability, and alignment with Mood’s care model.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and recruiting leadership to ensure alignment on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and interview feedback.
• Efficiently manage and progress candidates through the recruitment process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Monitor pipeline health and assess recruiting performance metrics, including volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to outreach, screening, interview structures, and ATS workflows.
• Ensure that hiring practices comply with licensure, regulatory, and quality standards across various states.
• A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical, or provider recruiting.
• Proficient outbound sourcing abilities and comfortable managing high-volume candidate pipelines.
• A confident communicator who can quickly establish rapport with licensed clinicians.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, capable of managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Data-driven: able to track funnel performance and adapt strategies based on outcomes.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a cross-functional, distributed team.
• Experience with ATS systems and structured recruiting workflows; familiarity with Lever is advantageous.
• Mission-oriented and driven by the goal of enhancing access to mental health care.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience in multi-state operations.
• Proven experience in developing and enforcing company HR policies is required.
• At least one year of human resources experience at a managerial level or higher is preferred.
