This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and retain top-quality employees.
• Working in partnership with Hiring Managers to formulate and review job requisitions, ensuring key position requirements are clearly defined and validated.
• Utilizing both traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and draw in quality candidates.
• Actively participating in educational partnerships and/or professional organizations related to clinical roles.
• Sourcing, recruiting, and pre-screening candidates for a variety of positions.
• Evaluating candidates to determine if their skills and abilities align with job requirements.
• Preparing and extending offers to new hires while maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent education and/or experience.
• A minimum of five years of experience in clinical recruiting.
• Experience in Radiology, Therapy, Nursing, or other highly sought clinical roles is strongly preferred.
• Must possess valid transportation and comply with the company’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy.
• Familiarity with current federal and state regulations pertaining to employment (e.g., EEOC, OFCCP, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Concentra's market-specific rate/range will be discussed during the interview process.
