This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +2 more states.
• Employs diverse sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to engage anesthesia professionals.
• Evaluates candidates through CV assessments and telephone interviews to determine qualifications and compatibility for current job openings.
• Creates and implements marketing and branding strategies.
• Works closely with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and candidates to negotiate contract details, including salary, benefits, and work schedules, ensuring they meet client expectations.
• Manages the contract amendment process as necessary, addressing any adjustments or modifications requested by either clients or candidates.
• Organizes interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities, overseeing the placement process from initial contact to job offer negotiations.
• Aids candidates throughout the onboarding procedure, ensuring all required documentation and credentials are finalized promptly.
• Remains updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor actions related to anesthesia staffing.
• Ensures adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies throughout the recruitment and placement activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Prior experience in clinical recruiting, ideally within the anesthesia specialty.
• Strong understanding of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage various priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the skill to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) databases, and other recruitment tools—experience with Bullhorn, Doc Café, and Social Media Sourcing is preferred.
