This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and create customized recruitment strategies for both clinical and operations positions in a dynamic, high-volume hiring setting.
• Oversee multiple high-volume job requisitions concurrently across clinical and operations sectors, ensuring a balance between speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Evaluate, interview, and assess candidates to ascertain their qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for positions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and operations candidates to gain insights into their career aspirations, preferences, and availability, facilitating long-term pipeline development.
• Take ownership of the complete recruitment process, which includes job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, conducting background checks, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding, while ensuring operational efficiency and consistency.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to guarantee compliance with healthcare staffing requirements.
• Maintain precise and current records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (currently Lever), ensuring data integrity and scalable recruiting operations.
• Utilize recruiting data and metrics to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and recruitment operations processes.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter specializing in clinical and operations roles.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruiting environments, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or rapidly growing organizations.
• Experience in a startup environment at a Digital Health or Tech company, or equivalent experience in a scaling, operations-focused recruiting context.
• Proven capability to develop and manage multiple pipelines across both clinical and non-clinical functions.
• Proficient in identifying, engaging, and closing candidates across various role types and priorities.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, Lever (or other ATS), and G-Suite products.
