This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs) in accordance with QDM and FHIR standards.

• Assist in the CMS eCQM Annual Update publication process by collaborating with measure teams to achieve project milestones.

• Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on eCQMs released annually by CMS.

• Create supporting documentation for the Annual Update, such as measure technical release notes and measure flows.

• Engage in quality measure maintenance tasks, including expert workgroup coordination and facilitation, performance data analysis, and implementer feedback assessments.

• Develop and uphold standardized templates, processes, and workflows that align with AIR's best practices and contractual obligations.

• Facilitate project planning and execution by managing, monitoring, and tracking project tasks effectively.

• Contribute to project team and client meetings by preparing agendas and taking notes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent level of education.

• Understanding of Measures Management System (MMS) Blueprint for quality measure development and maintenance processes.

• Familiarity with Measure Authoring Development Integrated Environment (MADiE) and Value Set Authority Center (VSAC).

• Previous experience in coordinating projects within a fast-paced setting.

• Experience in managing multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.

• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical workflows is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects effectively and meet deadlines.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment to design, analyze, and report on research projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Comfortable working in a virtual or dispersed work environment.

• Must currently be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

• Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

• May have to meet specific residency requirements based on project work.
