This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors through telehealth services (15 hours or more weekly).
• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans, consistently monitoring client progress and modifying strategies as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in adherence to company policies (with assistance from our AI-driven scribe).
• Assist clients during life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) with a compassionate and age-sensitive approach.
• Engage in regular team meetings to uphold best practices.
• Aid clients in navigating therapy-related life transitions, such as retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, with empathy and age-appropriate support.
• Ability to assist the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours per week).
• A degree in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
• Experience working with the elderly is highly preferred.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy through telehealth platforms.
