This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to senior clients through telehealth (minimum of 15 hours per week)
• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools
• Create and execute customized treatment plans, consistently tracking client progress and modifying strategies as necessary
• Ensure comprehensive and timely documentation adheres to company policies (aided by our AI-driven scribe)
• Assist clients in navigating life transitions (such as retirement, grief, and social isolation) with a compassionate and age-sensitive approach
• Engage in regular team meetings to promote best practices within the team
• Aid clients through therapy-related life transitions, including retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, with a compassionate and age-sensitive methodology.
• Capability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours weekly)
• Degree in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
• Experience with older adults is highly preferred
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
