Clinical Psychologist, Licensed in Colorado

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to senior clients through telehealth (15 hours or more weekly)

• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans, consistently monitoring client progress and modifying strategies as necessary

• Ensure comprehensive and timely documentation that aligns with company policies (supported by our AI-driven scribe)

• Assist clients during life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) with a compassionate and age-sensitive approach

• Engage in regular team meetings to promote best practices

• Aid clients through therapeutic transitions in life, including retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, employing a compassionate and age-appropriate method.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours weekly)

• A degree in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology

• Experience working with older adults is highly preferred

• Skilled in using electronic health records (EHR) and providing therapy through telehealth
