Clinical Psychologist, Licensed in Alabama

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors through telehealth (15 hours or more each week).

• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools.

• Create and execute customized treatment plans, consistently monitoring client progress and modifying strategies as necessary.

• Keep detailed and timely documentation in accordance with company standards (assisted by our AI-driven scribe).

• Guide clients through significant life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) with a compassionate and age-appropriate methodology.

• Engage in regular team meetings to uphold best practices.

• Assist clients during therapeutic life transitions, such as retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours each week).

• Degree in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.

• Experience working with older adults is highly preferred.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy through telehealth platforms.
