Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Zambia.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized telehealth professional or mental health coaching for clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical issues, including work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as enhancing their relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by recommending enhancements to the program and the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active International Coaching Federation Certification or a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.

• Proficient in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based practices (such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• ICF Coaches are required to have a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours after graduation.

• Candidates should be fluent in English and the local language.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial positions.
