Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cameroon.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual telehealth sessions focused on professional or mental health coaching for clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as enhancing their relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to propose enhancements to both the program and the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.

• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based methodologies (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• Applicants should have a minimum of 300 clinical hours following the completion of their Master's degree.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English as well as their local language.

• Previous experience in Employee Assistance Programs, counselling adults in the workplace, or coaching for managerial positions is advantageous.

• Willingness to work onsite if required is a plus.
