Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Botswana.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized telehealth professional or mental health coaching services to clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as enhancing their relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by proposing enhancements to the program and platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.

• Applicants should be proficient in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based methodologies (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• Candidates must have a minimum of 300 clinical hours following their master's degree.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and their native language is essential.

• Previous experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling adults, or coaching in managerial roles is advantageous.

• Willingness to work onsite if required is considered a plus.
