Clinical Provider – Counsellor, Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one telehealth and/or in-person coaching, counseling, or therapy-style consultations, providing general advice only (not treatment).

• Conduct webinars and in-person seminars (optional).

• Assist employees with wellness, stress management, and resilience building.

• Partner with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Urdu and Seraiki is required.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or Counseling Psychology for counselors.

• 1–3 years of supervised counseling experience for counselors.

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology for clinical psychologists.

• 1–3 years of supervised clinical practice after obtaining a Master's for clinical psychologists.

• Experience in managerial or leadership support (e.g., coaching managers, HR advisory) is preferred.

• Previous experience in EAP or workplace counseling is a plus.

• Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Willingness to accommodate occasional onsite sessions is beneficial.
