Clinical Project Manager – Talent Pipeline Opportunity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for designated clinical projects from initiation to closure.

• Serve as the primary liaison for sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Create and uphold study timelines, budgets, forecasts, and project plans.

• Guide study teams to meet quality, budgetary, and timeline objectives.

• Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Supervise site activation, enrollment performance, monitoring activities, and overall study execution.

• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, relevant regulatory standards, and company SOPs.

• Manage project finances and assess vendor performance.

• Assist in proposal development, business development initiatives, and bid defense meetings.

• Mentor and support Clinical Trial Managers, CRAs, and other members of the project team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Approximately 7+ years of experience in clinical research.

• At least 2 years of Project Management experience within a CRO setting.

• Prior experience managing global or regional studies.

• Strong skills in client management and stakeholder engagement.

• Demonstrated experience with project budgets and financial oversight.

• Excellent understanding of ICH-GCP and European regulatory requirements.

• Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly desirable.

• Background in Phase I-IV clinical trials is advantageous.
