This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Supervise the entire project or a collection of projects
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that inquiries are addressed and concerns are resolved
• Lead and guide cross-functional team leaders along with third parties and vendors
• Manage project contractual obligations, including progress metrics and compliance with time, quality/scope, and cost requirements
• Participate in and attend the bid defense process
• Provide performance feedback on project team members to their respective line managers
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each functional service area
• Effectively lead complex functional teams with minimal supervision or support
• Develop thorough analyses and forecasts of project timelines and financials for senior and customer management
• Manage projects to ensure optimal quality, timely completion, and adherence to budget
• Utilize financial expertise and a risk mitigation approach
• Collaborate with other project leaders and vendors
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical research within a CRO
• An undergraduate degree or international equivalent from an accredited institution, or a comparable combination of education and experience sufficient to fulfill the key responsibilities, is required
• An undergraduate degree in a clinical, science, or health-related field is preferred
• A licensed healthcare professional, such as a registered nurse, is preferred
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience leading Oncology cellular therapy clinical trials is strongly preferred
• Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking skills, is required
• Willingness to travel up to 25%; specific travel varies based on client requirements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
• Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
