Clinical Project Manager – Nephrology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver robust, independent leadership for designated clinical projects.

• Act as the main liaison for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Supervise study management tasks, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout.

• Create and uphold study timelines, budgets, and project plans.

• Ensure compliance with project scope.

• Identify risks and proactively tackle challenges.

• Guarantee adherence to ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs.

• Manage vendor relationships and study-specific contracts.

• Mentor and support junior project team members.

• Assist in proposal development, bid defense meetings, and business growth initiatives.

• Participate in both internal and external project team meetings.

• Lead global and regional clinical trials across various therapeutic areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of project management experience in clinical research, ideally within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.

• Strong experience in Nephrology clinical trials is essential.

• Previous clinical site management and CRA experience is preferred.

• Proficient in budget management, forecasting, and contract oversight.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory standards, including FDA, TGA, and EMA.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment.

• Degree in a relevant scientific, healthcare, or project management discipline.
