Clinical Project Manager – Client Dedicated

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take the lead on clinical projects independently, ensuring alignment with the study budget and scope of work while meeting project execution objectives.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service, which includes proposal activities and client presentations.

• Collaborate with the Project Team and senior management from both Precision and sponsors, including C-level executives.

• Oversee and manage all facets of clinical research trials.

• Provide comprehensive project management across all functional areas, including data management, safety, clinical operations, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.

• Create project status reports for clients and management, highlighting key deliverables and success performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or a comparable qualification in life sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Essential prior experience in a Global Clinical Project Management role within the CRO sector.

• Proven experience in managing Global studies, particularly those conducted in the LATAM region.

• Significant experience in Clinical Operations within a CRO, ideally having at least 4 years of Clinical Project Management experience, working in a client-dedicated capacity or through an FSP model.

• Experience in managing studies related to Auto Immune Diseases.

• A solid understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English communication.

• Strong skills in presentations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and software systems (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).

• Established ability to foster positive working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

• A solid grasp of medical terminology and clinical trial processes as they pertain to the implementation of clinical development plans.
