This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• You will independently oversee clinical projects in alignment with the study budget and defined scope of work.
• Your strong interpersonal and organizational abilities will be utilized to establish and meet objectives during project execution, including both contracted and financial goals.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients to ensure exceptional customer service, which includes involvement in proposal activities and client presentations.
• Coordinate with the Project Team and senior management from both Precision and sponsors, including C-level executives.
• Manage and oversee all facets of a clinical research trial or trials.
• Take responsibility for total project management across all functional areas, including data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
• Prepare project status updates for clients and management, highlighting key deliverables, performance metrics of success, and necessary escalations.
• Actively participate as a member of the Project Team, aiming to enhance the efficient management and execution of trials.
• Draft and review protocols and other study-related documents, including project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets.
• A degree or a comparable life science qualification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in a Global Clinical Project Management role within the CRO industry is a must.
• Familiarity with managing Global studies, particularly those in the LATAM region.
• Extensive background in Clinical Operations within a CRO, with a minimum of 4 years of Clinical Project Management experience, ideally in client-dedicated roles or through an FSP model.
• Experience in managing studies related to Auto Immune Disease.
• Good understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
• Proficiency in effective communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and familiarity with software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).
• Proven ability to foster positive working relationships with individuals and teams, both internally and externally.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities as they pertain to executing a clinical development plan.
