Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee global cross-functional or single-service projects from initiation to completion.

• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across international teams.

• Administer project resources to ensure they are utilized effectively.

• Maintain oversight of project timelines, contracts, budgets, and deliverables.

• Promote collaboration and communication among project teams and stakeholders.

• Assist in recruitment and retention efforts as necessary.

• Provide project management expertise for new business proposals and Bid Defense meetings, when applicable.

• Coordinate project and program management execution, troubleshoot issues, and enhance team capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience managing clinical trials from initiation through closeout.

• Experience in Oncology studies is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and multinational study teams.

• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory standards.

• Track record of managing study timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience collaborating with sponsors, CRO teams, and other clinical study stakeholders.

• Proactive, organized, and adaptable with a strong commitment to quality and study delivery.
