This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more states.
• Oversee and coordinate clinical project activities for US-based clinical initiatives.
• Manage the delivery of project and programme management tasks.
• Address project challenges and enhance team capabilities.
• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
• Lead cross-functional project teams while promoting effective communication and collaboration.
• Track project advancement, recognize risks and issues, and implement strategies for mitigation.
• Engage with stakeholders, manage their expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with both project and organizational objectives.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
• Strong experience in project and programme management.
• Extensive experience in project management and leading teams.
• Proven history of managing projects from initiation to completion within established scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage competing priorities, oversee project teams, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cultivate relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible.
• Commitment to achieving project goals and fostering continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 30% of the time.
