This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery of intricate clinical trials.
• Create and implement project plans that adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory standards.
• Act as the main contact point for sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Choose, manage, and supervise vendors to enhance performance.
• Proactively tackle challenges, scope modifications, resource distribution, and other potential risks.
• Conduct essential meetings and maintain a thorough, inspection-ready Trial Master File and study documentation.
• Oversee global clinical trials from the initiation phase to final delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams while ensuring adherence to GCP and regulatory requirements.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a business-related field.
• PM II: At least 6 years of pertinent work experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
• PM II: A minimum of 1 year of project management experience as a clinical project manager.
• Sr. PM: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
• Sr. PM: At least 4 years of project management experience as a clinical project manager.
• Strong expertise in managing operational challenges related to the Multispecialty ACE Team.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2), data and patient privacy regulations, and relevant local regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial insight, administrative proficiency, and analytical abilities.
• Experience overseeing all phases of the complete clinical trial delivery lifecycle: initiation, maintenance, and closure.
