Clinical Programs Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in projects and initiatives for Clinical Programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Organize follow-up activities after meetings and projects.

• Plan and execute events.

• Maintain and update dashboards.

• Create engaging presentations.

• Provide support to stakeholders within Clinical Programs, the Division, Marketing, and other company Functions.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the metrics used to evaluate Clinical Programs initiatives.

• Complete tasks assigned for Clinical Programs and cross-functional teams.

• Build knowledge of Clinical Programs and the specialties being supported.

• Assist in managing small-scale Clinical Programs projects.

• Participate in stakeholder meetings to gain insights and feedback.

• Meet deadlines and handle administrative responsibilities, including expenses, training, reporting, and policy acknowledgements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience, including areas such as medical education, training, project management, sales, and/or marketing.

• Proven capability in supporting projects while working independently.

• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts.

• Ability to clearly explain AI and data concepts.

• Skill in identifying appropriate applications of AI in daily tasks.

• Proficiency in responsibly using approved AI tools for low-risk activities.

• Capability to apply Cook Medical’s data privacy and responsible AI policies.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to operate within a general office environment.
