This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Lead onshore pharmacists and analysts, both onshore and offshore, in the accurate and timely implementation of clinical intent.

• Advocate for lessons learned, operational consistency, and ongoing process improvement.

• Supervise clinical installation workflows, reporting, quality assurance, job aids, standard operating procedures (SOPs), tools, escalations, and team training.

• Collaborate with technical and business leaders to develop, maintain, and enhance processes for clinical implementation management.

• Direct the deployment, enablement, and operational support for enterprise initiatives that impact clinical implementation.

• Manage hiring, mentoring, performance evaluations, corrective actions, professional development, and continuing education.

• Foster team growth through knowledge sharing, training, and special projects.

• Coordinate cross-functional resources to address complex issues and achieve results for partners and clients.

• Evaluate processes for opportunities involving AI-enabled tools, Copilot agents, automation, and workflow orchestration.

• Advocate for AI fluency through training, change management, adoption practices, and feedback mechanisms.

• Promote the responsible adoption of team-led agents in collaboration with business, clinical, technology, AI enablement, compliance, and operational stakeholders.

• Identify agent use cases that support clinical setup, drug list management, reporting, documentation, intake, issue resolution, quality review, and operational readiness.


⛳️ Requirements

• A valid pharmacist license is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required.

• A PharmD is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) is preferred, with a focus on clinical criteria implementation.

• Experience with First Databank is desired.

• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel files is required.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are essential.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to navigate and influence effectively within a complex organization.

• Competence in leading teams through systems, workflows, and processes.

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to operate effectively in an environment characterized by ambiguity.

• Ability to organize work, hold others accountable, and manage timelines.

• Experience in identifying, evaluating, or implementing automation, AI-enabled tools, workflow orchestration, or digital workforce capabilities in an operational context.

• Ability to translate operational challenges into actionable automation or agent use cases, including defining business requirements, acceptance criteria, controls, and success metrics.

• Working knowledge of responsible AI principles, such as human oversight, data protection, governance, risk management, and change adoption.

• Ability to lead teams through technology-driven process transformation while balancing innovation, quality, compliance, and operational stability.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodology.

• Experience managing small to mid-sized teams.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

• Capability to clearly document business requirements.

• Access to cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed for home-based work.
