This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a part of a dynamic team consisting of clinicians, data scientists, and engineers.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Arine’s software platform to enhance patient outcomes.

• Oversee and uphold the clinical quality of our product content.

• Aid in the formulation of clinical programs.

• Act as a liaison between patients and external providers regarding product improvements.

• Stay informed about emerging trends, treatment protocols, and best practices.

• Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team and with clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.

• Licensed by a Board of Pharmacy and in good standing.

• Completion of a PGY-1 residency, or equivalent professional experience.

• Board certification in a relevant specialty area.

• Capable of reviewing and evaluating the suitability of prescriptions based on age and specific disease-state considerations.

• Familiarity with chronic disease conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, COPD, asthma, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, dyslipidemia, HIV, ESRD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, and thought disorders.

• Understanding of how factors like a patient’s age, sex, coexisting disease states, concurrent medications, diet, and diagnostic procedures affect drug efficacy and disposition.

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory standards related to relevant functional responsibilities.

• Experience in implementing CMS, PQA, and HEDIS measures, including but not limited to MTM, Part D Adherence, Statin Starts (SUPD/SPC), and Part C measures.

• Understanding of prescription and over-the-counter medications, including their uses, effectiveness, dosages, mechanisms of action, major contraindications, and potential side effects.

• Openness to learning new skills.

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods without restrictions for keyboarding.

• Capacity to organize and prioritize responsibilities based on their relative importance.

• Excellent communication skills with both clients and the internal team.

• Ability to exercise judgment and make informed decisions to work autonomously and meet deadlines.

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering strong working relationships and building consensus.
