This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance for the Ohio PASRR Program
• Oversee contract operations for Ohio PASRR and ensure adherence to contractual obligations
• Act as the main point of contact for the state client
• Lead program initiatives, manage escalations, assess performance, and promote ongoing process improvements
• Supervise, train, and nurture the development of assigned unit staff
• Monitor staff activities, schedules, productivity, and outcomes of work
• Review clinical documentation, including real-time pending denials
• Gather quality assurance data from designated staff
• Communicate policy and protocol updates and ensure their implementation
• Facilitate regular team meetings and serve as the liaison for assigned staff
• Conduct both scheduled and random post-assessment home visits to ensure client satisfaction
• Promote the project's image and objectives through public speaking engagements and local professional presentations
• Manage financial reviews, client relationships, and ensure effective service delivery according to expectations
• Oversee reporting, documentation, communication processes, and contract requirements
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cultivate strong client relationships
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 5 years of pertinent professional experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human services
• Experience in administering or coordinating PASRR Level II programs
• Familiarity with financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data management and analysis
• Client relationship management experience is preferred
• Active LMFT, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or MSN licensure is preferred
• Reliable high-speed internet service
