Clinical Product Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide captivating product training for patients, healthcare professionals, and clients.

• Organize, implement, and document compliant clinical sessions.

• Emphasize Tandem’s market position and clinical distinction.

• Assist Territory Managers in achieving or surpassing regional sales targets.

• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals to promote product adoption.

• Facilitate education sessions for patients and healthcare professionals to attract new customers and retain current ones.

• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and deliver timely clinical reports.

• Oversee company assets, expenses, and training resources.

• Participate in regional and corporate meetings.

• Offer diabetes product support and education both in-person and virtually while traveling throughout the region.

• Outstanding ability to connect with patients and healthcare professionals.

• Proficient in individual and group coaching and educational delivery.

• Strong, confident presentation skills suitable for diverse audiences.

• Dependable team player who adjusts swiftly to change.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

• Willingness to travel over 80% within the region.

• Comfortable working remotely from a home office.

• Clinical background such as RN, RD, or equivalent is preferred.

• Experience in coordinating and delivering diabetes education programs.

• Maintenance of registration is preferred but not mandatory.
