This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Integrate clinical and ultrasound expertise into the processes of product discovery, design, development, and validation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify clinical challenges, user requirements, and workflow obstacles while providing clinical insights for product specifications, workflow designs, user narratives, and acceptance criteria.
• Assess prototypes and product ideas for clinical precision, usability, safety, and alignment with workflow.
• Conduct hands-on evaluations of ultrasound products, features, AI models, and guided workflows.
• Create and implement structured clinical testing protocols in collaboration with Product, R&D, and Data Science teams.
• Collect feedback from clinicians, sonographers, healthcare institutions, and key opinion leaders, converting it into clear insights and actionable recommendations for the Product team.
• Assist in the planning and execution of product pilots, evaluations, and clinical validation initiatives.
• Produce clinical training resources, workflow guides, product demonstrations, and educational materials.
• Clinical training or professional qualifications in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, medical imaging, or another relevant healthcare field.
• Practical experience with ultrasound or medical imaging in a hospital, outpatient, point-of-care, or clinical setting.
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows, patient care, and ultrasound image acquisition.
• Capability to articulate complex clinical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and willing to learn about new technologies and clinical applications.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with varying priorities.
• Ability to provide structured, objective, and actionable product feedback, demonstrating a genuine interest in product development, innovation, and enhancing access to medical imaging.
